Steven endured a personal bankruptcy due to health reasons (among other things), leading to being unable to fulfil Kickstarter pledges.

At that time, he withdrew all books from sale and reverted the rights to the works to the authors and artists. 

While some previously unsold copies of the anthologies he published are still floating around, the rights to reprint them reside with the original authors and artists.
